The quote above inspires me every day to stop waiting for my dream to happen. It's what I believe everyone should do - 'be clear about what you want and then just go for it'. But I also recognise that it can be tough doing it on your own. And that's where I want to come in. My lifelong passion has been about empowering, inspiring, challenging and supporting others to be the best they can be, if that's what they want!
Through my executive coaching I work in organisations enabling leaders to be confident, resilient, authentic and to understand their unique contribution and impact. With 15+ years in HR roles across Finance, Insurance, Technology and Pharmaceutical industries I understand the corporate challenges that many of my clients face. As a coach I am there to support them as they define the actions that are going create success and enable them to fulfil their leadership potential, whilst building the resilience required as they navigate their leadership responsibilities.
I am passionate about coaching and am continually amazed at the power it can have in moving people forward, at times completely transforming their lives. My coaching style is warm, empathetic and supportive whilst honest, enthusiastic and challenging and I like to have fun along the way! I have a client-centred approach which means I wholeheartedly believe that most of my clients have the answers within their own resources... they just need me to listen, ask the right questions, bounce ideas with them, challenge their thinking and support them as they define the next steps and action plan. That said I have my own experiences to bring to the table, a career counselling qualification and am a trained mindfulness teacher so I can offer a range of approaches to support my clients achieve their goals.

Emma when she's not coaching enjoys a full life with a young family and collection of pets! She is a keen cook with a special interest in nutrition and love reading, films, travel and walks with her chocolate Labrador Coco. Her mindful approach to life along with 6am personal training sessions help keep her own sense of personal wellbeing and balance.
