Residential Wellbeing Programme at Henley Business School

I am delighted to have been invited to be part of a holistic team of experts at Halcyon Life who offer wellbeing programmes to corporate clients who wish to improve the health, fitness and resilience of their employees.

Their 2-day residential programme at Henley Business School covers all the critical areas of healthy living, including fitness, diet, stress management, mental resilience, relaxation and sleep, as well as an introduction to complementary therapies such as reflexology, mindfulness, pranic healing and yoga. This course is focused on pro-active health management in order to significantly improve health and wellbeing.  Attendees are fully supported throughout the programme and during the weeks following the programme to ensure success.
